How can you mentor and support aspiring corporate event planners?
I fell into the destination management industry. My event planning experience came from the desire to create connections for local female entrepreneurs through in-person events. Hosting conferences led me to my confidence in a picking up corporate clients. All that to say, you can share your experience by sharing stories, but nothing beats on the job learning.

How can you mentor and support aspiring corporate event planners?
Event planning leans soft skills and problem solving. Setting the expectation that not everything will go according to plan. So how can you regulate your reactions, pivot/solve, while doing it with a smile so people can still have a good time at the event.
