I help out with our infants through second grade during weekly services. I have been known to write a mean birthday card and help set up our mobile church each weekend as a permanent space is under construction.

The NAF Advisory Board creates a bridge between schools and the workplace. By working with academy leaders, NAF ambassadors, and their networks, advisory board members use their industry experience to aid in a robust and enriched learning experience. We aim to maximize work-based learning activities and industry-related curriculum to prepare young people for college, career, and future success.

As a member of the Junior Achievement Young Professionals Board, I assist with onboarding and recruitment of new members to the Junior Achievement organization as well as volunteer my efforts to their programming. At Home Mothers Connection (AHMC) is a non-profit support group for mothers who have chosen to primarily care for their children at home. This includes full-time at-home mothers, mothers who work part-time, mothers with a home-based business, or those who work from home in some capacity.

The focus is to support women through the many stages of parenting through volunteer opportunities, meetings, activities, and playgroups. AHMC also supports the community with donations raised through… Show more

Make A Difference Day is the most encompassing national day of helping others. Held annually on the fourth Saturday of October, millions of Americans are rallied into a single day of action to help change the world. As President of the Miami University chapter, I coordinated CANstruction, Workout for Wishes, a community clean-up, clothing drive, and much more in the tiny town of Oxford, Ohio. In 2002, we were awarded the Make A Difference Day National Encore award.
