  • Salesforce Platform Design & Implementation

    Directed the technical design & development of the shared services center’s Service platform and customer B2B portal (based on the Salesforce platform). Responsible for increasing business & technical collaboration, improving technical team productivity & throughput, and prioritizing business needs. Managing the rollout/migration of 2,000+ customers to the newly established B2B customer portal.

Identified vendors and products to target for increased savings opportunities, and developed senior management and procurement reports to facilitate improved expense monitoring, decision making, and contract negotiating.

    Structured and directed the PMO for a cross-enterprise, multi-year, and multi-phase $15+ Million IRA process and technology project focused on improving operational effectiveness and preparing this Top 5 bank to be better capitalize on its Retirement strategy. The project’s NPV was over $100 Million and impacted all aspects of the organization (clients, bank and brokerage branches, licensed bankers, FA/SA’s, and Operations).

    Managed and guided the implementation of a sales force transformation project in four U.S. sales markets for one of the largest Consumer Products distributors in the world. The program/project included developing and implementing a standard project plan to train, re-tool and equip front line sales associates to increase revenue and customer focus. The project was executed on time and on budget and resulted in profit growth of 11% year over year in selected markets.
