    Activities and Societies: University of Phoenix met my work schedule of 60 hour weeks. The classes in the evening and group study that added to my work schedule an additional 20 hours a week made it possible to Graduate with a Degree in Bachelor of Science in Business. During my 32 years at IBM, on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the program at the University of Phoenix made it possible for me to receive the long sought after Degree.

    Class activity was about 20 hours a week while averaging 50 hours a week at IBM for 3 and half years. A long term goal of a degree and IBM forcing out older workers into retirement. I needed another skill set to be employable after IBM to reach full retirement.
