“Mila is an exceptional partner—when you're facing a project with a lot of ambiguity, you want Mila on your team. Mila and I worked together to build the content-management workflows, author trainings, and site taxonomy for the Netflix technical support organization's (N-Tech) internal website. We joined a project without clear context or any resources, and I was so impressed and gratified in our first meetings with stakeholders by how clearly Mila articulated technical questions and used those responses to inform our project requirements. She builds strong relationships with teams that have historically resisted bridging their workflows with N-Tech, and demonstrates both patience and firmness when partnering with those teams to keep timelines on track.
