Formal: We address the warehouse location problem, involved in a multi-location, multi-destination, integrated distribution system set-up to minimize total transportation costs using an MILP formulation. We also develop a K-mean heuristic algorithm for locating warehouses when the number of new potential sites is large. We present an industrial case of a large office products' distribution company, solution approaches and numerical results.
