A candidate is unhappy with interview feedback. How can you effectively address their concerns?
Great perspective Sima. It can be sobering to “sit in someone else’s chair.” We all know that our Resumes go through ATS software and may never get the attention of a hiring manager. Another scenario is being interviewed, feeling like it went great, then being ghosted for a while before being told someone else was selected for the position. Even worse than that is no feedback at all, and having to figure out that you after some length of time that you haven’t been selected. In any scenario, I believe it would be helpful to receive some feedback. Constructive criticism can be a powerful tool in a job seeker’s journey to success!
