Simply having his presence on a team acts as a multiplier in resourcefulness because when challenges would arise, nobody would want to say "that can't be done" because they knew Mithun would figure out how. One may think that someone like Mithun could cause some jealousy/frustration among his teammates, but due to the fact he's such a good hearted guy, everybody loved working with him. Everybody. Furthermore, Mithun is hungry to grow. I can recall many evenings where we would stay working after everyone else had gone home for the day and I would teach him about business strategy as well as SEO. He picked it up quickly and as a result, he was able to initiate and complete multiple technical SEO projects resulting in delivering very valuable traffic to the website that significantly contributed to the lowest cost of new customer acquisition in our company's history.”
