“As a Manager on the Global Overhead team at Mattel, I was fortunate enough to report directly to Mitul for about a year. In that year, Mitul showed me how much he valued team development and growth and how great of a leader he is. He taught me new ways to better manage my team, helped improve my communication and task prioritization skills and made me feel that I had his support 100% of the time. Whenever there was an opportunity for exposure to senior leadership, Mitul would present it to me or the team as our professional development was always a priority for him. I have worked with great leaders in the past but Mitul’s investment in his people sets him aside from the rest. Mitul is also very smart and could run a department on his own but knows team work produces the best work. He would ask us to brainstorm with him in order to figure out the best way to fulfill the task at hand and we could ask him the same. His door was always open from a professional and personal standpoint which I very much appreciated.
