Following up on part 1 of this presentation from last year in Charleston, we will dig deeper into ways of integrating new practices and look at tips for success as well as pitfalls to avoid. Was given at the East Coast CORE - user group meeting.

Ambulatory Integration: Integrating community based practices into EPIC - Was given at the East Coast CORE - user group meeting. It looked at how do you integrate new offices into an existing EPIC install.

FLAC20 - Management Accountability: Ambulatory Preventable Denials - Was given at EPIC's UGM 2015. It looked at how do you manage preventable denials? And introduced the A-solution - accessible, actionable and accountable.

PLAC.02.07 - A premier on governance models needed to ensure successful implementations, refuels, and upgrades of EPIC as well as any other system.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Library of Medicine funded the project The Lindex Study: An Ethnic Database,” is 1 G13 LM06902-01A1- from 2001 to 2004, permitting us to have the Lindex edited by our own very capable Sandy Paton of Caduceus PA. It also allowed us to secure the services of Medtower Inc. Medtower, a private affiliate of UMDNJ that provides information management and communication tools to the life science industry, academic institutions, and the public, is a medical knowledge and technology company that provides both an Internet-based information portal and a unique, customized service for handling complex questions in the life science industry. Mr. Singer served as project manager through the NIH National Library of Medicine grant and worked with Phil Dattilo and colleagues from Medtower to help bring this unique database to the Internet.
