As a student-facilitator, I designed a coursework plan in which I taught about 50 students, every semester, every aspect of a retail business. Covering topics from buying/planning, store operations, human resources and management, I was able to facilitate a course that not only prepared students for a full-time offer or internship in the retail industry but also tested and enhanced their abilities to think critically about a successful retail business.

From Spring 2014 until Spring 2015, I was a Cohort Leader for the Haas Undergraduate's Cohort Program. I planned and hosted many events for undergraduate students that not only fostered a close-knit academic environment but also provided students with unique networking opportunities on campus and around the bay area.

I was the co-founder and host for the Annual Speaker Series at Skyline College. In addition to inviting many business leaders to come and speak on behalf of their successful business ventures in the corporate world, I was able to invite Congresswoman Jackie Speier to come and speak to the Skyline College student body about business ethics. I organized this event which was able to attract over 400 students to listen to her Town Hall address.
