“I worked with Monica for several years and found her to be very smart, well prepared, hard working and personable. Monica managed many, many projects, and for each one she knew everything she needed to know (and more) both in terms of the technical, business and legal aspects of the project, as well how the different players worked and what was the best way to communicate with and get the best results from them. Monica was so well regarded in this way that for several months she was "on loan" to a top law firm to work in-house overseeing eDiscovery review at that firm and teaching, directly and by example, the personnel there how to use the review platform and how, generally, to manage an eDiscovery matter. Every client she works with wants to work with her more: her technical expertise dazzles and assures them; her ability to understand the client's business, legal and personnel needs is exactly what they want; her work ethic was is strong that clients do not fear missing deadlines. All of these qualities make clients, both those with a strong understanding of eDiscovery and those just testing the waters, breathe easier and get a good night's sleep when they know Monica is managing their projects.
