“Moshe has exceptional interpersonal skills and was able to keep people he interacts with pleased, even when situations were complicated. During his work, Moshe had to face unexpected events on a daily basis and demonstrated a great amount of creativity and ability to work under pressure. Beyond the professional skills mentioned above, in our time working together I got to know Moshe as a responsible, Intelligent, dedicated and credible person, and I believe he will be a valuable asset to every organization in which he will work for in the future. ”

* Awarded the title of "Volunteer of the Year" by the NGO's CEO for establishing and managing the first technology seminar for young guides within Appleseeds.
Appleseeds' vision for Israel is technological equality for all. Appleseeds is an Israeli nonprofit that was founded in 2000 with the aim of bridging Israel's growing Startup Nation to underserved communities in Israel's social and geographic periphery. Appleseeds promotes digital equality in Israel by developing and implementing programs in the areas of technology, employment, and life skills.
Through its team of 250 professional instructors, Appleseeds works across Israel, from Kiryat Shmona to Eilat, reaching some 80,000 beneficiaries annually. Appleseeds runs "Net@" the only long-term youth program in Israel that brings together Jewish, Muslim, and Christian youth. Together, they are bridging the technological divide and creating social mobility for themselves and their communities. -

Our team advanced to the final stages, as one of the best 16 teams (out of 66 - Worldwide).
The ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition is a globally-renowned event lasting six days and held in various locations throughout Paris. The Competition is open to students of every discipline—though each team is required to have at least one law student to take the role of counsel. Every year, 66 university teams from across the globe are specially selected to participate. They will compete in almost 150 mock mediation sessions throughout the Competition.
More than 130 professional mediators and mediation trainers participate every year on a voluntary basis to share their expertise and passion for mediation. Some will act as mediators, making use of their own experience in resolving cross-border disputes. Others take on the role of judges, assessing each team’s negotiating and problem-solving skills, as well as their ability to make good use of the mediator.
Though the event allows students the occasion to put theory into practice, the added bonus is their interaction with some of the world’s top mediators. This unique exchange is an opportunity for professionals to enlighten and engage a new generation of mediators and mediation users through guidance, feedback and support.Other creatorsSee project -

This impactful seminar, held in southern Israel over the course of an entire week, welcomed over 60 teens and was supported by 7 adult guides from across the nation.
In this role, I was responsible for curating technology-focused content for the classes, executing strategic marketing campaigns months in advance, overseeing the entire staff (comprising adult mentors guiding the youth), and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
Appleseeds is unique not only because it uses technology to empower young people in the periphery, but also because it is the only youth organization in Israel that brings together Jewish, Druze, Muslim, and Christian participants, serving as a model of coexistence and acceptance.
In 2014, I was awarded the "Volunteer of the Year" title by the CEO of the NGO, in acknowledgment of my dedication and contributions to this project, amidst a group of 150 volunteers.Other creatorsSee project
