What are the best ways to use personas in your product pitch?
First, if you are a PM or a Product engineer, do it yourself. Don't ask someone else - say the UX-R team to do it. Work with them, but don't be hands-off. Next, focus on functional and emotional realities of the user in those contexts where your product seeks to make a difference Determine if there are more than one personas you need given the context (especially true in B2B SaaS products). Have a way to articulate the role of each persona w.r.t the product's core proposition - who is the Hero user, who is the Enabler, who is the Deployer etc.

What are the best ways to use personas in your product pitch?
Products change user habits in ways that make them more productive/happy. So clarity on the user(s) whose habits the product seeks to change, what about their current ways of working are inefficient given the jobs they are trying to do are hence fundamental. That's really what a persona is - the user, their JTBD, the reasons they believe their current ways getting these done is inefficient
