“Working with Mukta was always a joy. Mukta has excellent organizational skills and is very detail oriented. She was always willing to share her knowledge, often leading quality and training efforts. She was very patient and embraced change. She worked very hard to understand reasons for change and provided significant recommendations for improvement.”

How can IT Operations Management professionals build better relationships with other departments?
It is always helpful to understand the customers needs for sure. Use different tools to understand their pain points and then lay a roadmap to alleviate those painpoints . This is the essential part as we can spend time and money understanding the painpoints but if there is no action plan layed out with deadlines, all that effort is wasted.
