“Murali has a tremendous knowledge of medical customer needs and has the ability to articulate them to engineers so they understand what the product needs to do to be successful. I worked with Murali when he was in charge of product definition for the LATITUDE Patient Management System at Guidant (now Boston Scientific). As the lead systems engineer on the project, I worked daily with him as we converted his concepts into engineering reality. Murali understood customer needs, but was also effective at getting the hard data necessary to back up his opinions. Murali also had a strong business sense, and understood how to balance business needs against customer wants.”
