What are some tips for creating a mobile app portfolio?
I like apps that start up faster and provide great utility. My go to app on iOS have two messaging apps. I use *google chat* app. The mobile app is fast, easy, and helps bring the global team together easily. For friendly chat, *WhatsApp* is the best. The app is simple, yet the use of emojis, fast play of videos and images, along with timestamps and status is great. *Strava* app provides simple yet powerful way to track my outdoor activities. Combined with the watch app, it is easy to record with. Having data and good relevant visuals makes it powerful. Of course, I use *RapL* app daily for learning and trying out the features in our app. The simple entry screen and cleaner UI reduces distraction and keeps me focused on learning.

How do you make your innovations stand out and communicate their value?
KYC is powerful especially in a face to face meet at Customers' place. In July, I had a few 18-hour days hoping various cities in India to visit customers. I woke up at 2AM, showered, got ready, and traveled to a new city meeting prospects or customers. Navigating through narrow unfamiliar roads in congestion was difficult. However, each meeting was pleasant and informative. For instance, I met with a customer and their team of 5 people within 15 hours of getting connected. We shared stories of our birthplace, earlier work, technologies that we liked, challenges they faced, and how we solved or can solve their problems even better. Every day, I learn from customers based on their inputs. It inspires us to innovate better. Thanks!

Microsoft Points was a great startup to create the largest micropayment system for gaming systems. I led efforts to create the technical foundation and project to deilver the systems that were adopted by Xbox Live and Zune.
