    The Zumiez Foundation leverages existing relationships with apparel manufacturers to provide clothing for those in need. As a member of the board we clothed over 15,000 people in need. Those who received support from the Zumiez Foundation were given cold-weather clothing including blankets, gloves, beanies, & jackets.

    Instead, companies should define themselves as ā€œconsumer-centricā€ organizations, where departments are joining forces to deliver meaningful value to their customer, e.g., Amazon, Southwest Airlines, and TD Bank.
