Here's how you can determine your consulting rates as an entrepreneur.
Understand your value. Don't just trade time for money. Only do consulting gigs that compound value over time through connections, relationships, or product validation. If there is value beyond money, price based on what customers will pay or competitors charge, not your time's "worth". For entrepreneurs, directly exchanging time for cash usually isn't worthwhile.
