Here's how you can master effective decision making in Servant Leadership.
Empathy is a guiding light when making leadership decisions. Taking the time to ask your team their thoughts, concerns, and potential impact is essential. Don’t assume what their responses will be, that is potentially irresponsible. If possible, working with your team to gain their feelings and understanding of the level of impact the decision will make is the right thing to do. This type of empathetic decision making deepens trust-based relationships, which are essential to Servant Leadership.

Here's how you can streamline your workload efficiently using critical thinking skills.
Sometimes when the work list and to do list is large you just need to get moving. When that is the case, sometimes ignoring prioritization is okay. When stuck in this situation, I go by the 5 minute method. If you can get it done in 5 minutes, just do it. The. Do another item that takes under 5 minutes. And then another. After 15 minutes of doing something, you’re likely now in “work mode.” Once you’ve hit the work mode, then step into what is at the top of the priority list.
