“I would rate Neeraj among the top 5% of field engineers I have ever worked with. He not only has very solid hands on knowledge of his domain (standard and complex cell characterization), he can also pick up new information very quickly and be productive while in new areas. When Neeraj encounters a problem at a customer, he does not just "file a bug". He will deeply analyze the problem, try to isolate it to the smallest possible testcase (some of our jobs run for thousands of CPU hours), try to figure out if there is something wrong in the tool setup and then only will R&D get a call. As a result, when he does need help, we know there are some real problems with the tool and not just mistakes on part of the customer. Neeraj also has excellent communication skills and a co-operative can-do attitude which makes it a pleasure to work with him. I would highly recommend Neeraj for any role he chooses to apply to (and would happily hire him myself if I ever had a chance to). ”
