What do you do if your well-being is being compromised by the demands of social media marketing?
In any creative demand, if your well-being is at risk, it's crucial to value the 'negative space'. Just as in design, where both positive and negative spaces are vital to a composition, the same applies to our professional and personal lives. Positive space is our daily tasks, like social media in marketing, while negative space is what enhances our creativity, like rest and rejuvenation. This concept mirrors the art principle where negative space isn't just empty but supports and emphasizes the main subject. In life, embracing negative space—taking time to relax and rejuvenate—can significantly boost our creative output and mental health. It's essential to prioritize these periods of rest to maintain balance and enhance productivity.
