He's definitely someone who lets his actions speak louder than his words, and is always willing to put in the time and effort beyond just the traditionally set work hours. Wasn't uncommon to see Nick grinding into evening, and he was never afraid to ask questions. He never stops learning and improving his sales technique and ability. In my time with Nick at Granite with him, he had the presence and the confidence of someone who had been doing this job for years.
