“So, I’ve known Jade for several years – recently I signed up for “For Future Sake”. Here’s a cut and paste from the invitation. “ Your organization functions just as all bodies do- with one system supporting the other- some in charge of rhythm, some in charge of spontaneity, all most important, all interdependent.” The sessions aligned with my way of being and the natural purpose of Courage to Care. What I will highlight is the actual name of the work. For future sake – What kind of impact do you want to make in the world for the future of this world? This will be a journey/experience to process your thoughts with a cohort of individuals on a similar journey. Clarity is a welcome part of any business mission.”

“I’m lucky enough to have a small farm with goats and horses, and a career I love as a compliance training director at a large global insurer. Working with Jade the last 3 years has been a life altering experience, and knowing that words are drugs (thanks Jade, for that nugget) I don’t mean that lightly. So here’s an extended farming/business analogy trying to capture some of the value I’ve gleaned from working with Jade. More than anything, Jade has taught me, that the way we take our values and our vision and our mission off the plaque in the conference room and bring it into every interaction in our business/work is: - by learning the sensory skills to identify the moment things are about to go south, and how to back and turn the trailer so as to not jackknife on every turn... sensory leadership, aka how to lead yourself - designing our organization intentionally, so as to facilitate and promote the proper herd dynamics in a way that everyone gets enough to eat, everyone has a safe space to rest, and every herd member feels a sense of belonging in the herd, aka leading your team (herd) - embedding said values and practices in every interaction from day one by designing engaging learning journeys and meaningful employee experiences from the moment of hire to the moment of departure and beyond, because you know that fostering deep engagement and a learning culture will reduce turnover, eliminate burnout and spill over into every customer interaction your team has, aka designing the right feeding and herd management regimen tailored to species, age and needs so they stay healthy and productive... aka leading your movement. ”
