How can you manage media relations for a startup?
Personally, I like to build from the base of the communities in a participatory way we design together the platform. On this way we have started two sites, one that was of great significance for immigrant communities worldwide "Immigrant Village" between 2007 -2014, in those years we had even "Podcast" production before podcast were popular. And the second REVARTE.net that is for expressing the voice of the Latina and Latin American communities. Generally I start with a small and committed group and in a systematic way and in several sessions we define what, and how. Then the when and where. We are concern that the process will be genuine, joyful and slow, I think that to give plenty time to cook the project provides permanency presence.

The Excellence in Teaching Award is presented to both standing and non-standing faculty members in recognition of excellence in teaching and mentoring during the previous year.
Winners of this award are chosen by the Student Policies and Procedures Committee from the pool of five full-time and five part-time faculty with the highest quantitative scores for “overall quality of the instructor” on the course evaluations.
