How do you craft a compelling story for your stakeholders?

Moving great ideas from dreams to reality is often far less about the idea itself, and more about your ability to INFLUENCE. We are all different in the way we perceive the world. We must use this understanding as a guide to our communication with others. To influence someone, you have to already know what influences them. And that means asking ourselves some questions: What does the person I’m trying to influence really want and need? What do they desire most? What do they fear most? What they want and need might be two very different things. How can you give them what they want, while ensuring they get what they need? How does your message GUIDE them? Knowing a person deeply honors them AND leads to more genuine communication.
