US Med-Equip hosts programs designed to support healthcare teams to manage patients of all sizes and needs with an emphasis on bariatric care up to 1000 lbs, pressure injury prevention, through early mobility. I am involved in a technology based critical care operations team to support those who support the one’s we love on their road to healing.

Bubble Cpap Initiative
- Present
Created a analytical and statistical study for the implementation of Bubble CPAP into our Neonatal environment. Through the management of respiratory escalations, our census experienced new and progressive clinical outcomes. This traceable analysis was dedicated to evidence based clinical practices and a collaboration of patient care plans.
