• Studied various control techniques being deployed for multilevel inverters.
• Performed simulations using PSCAD/EMTS software with an objective to obtain a smooth waveform output.
• Achieved a 90% accurate output waveform and eliminated the ripples by applying a combination averaging and balancing control techniques.
