What do you do if your executive team lacks resilience and adaptability in a dynamic business environment?
I would use a strength based approach and give some examples of what we could accomplish together, and then ask them what they think, what could their greatest contribution be? In my experience, giving them examples that inspire and excite them to stimulate their thinking, is where I would start to establish goals with them .
