“To Whom It May Concern: Pat Lozito was my Talent Acquisition Manager with NaphCare, Inc. from May 2022 until February 2023. Pat holds a significant role in my career as he was my first manager in the corporate setting. From the first time I met Pat, I knew he was a hard worker, a team player, and a tremendous leader. Pat helped me learn, grow, and adapt while coaching me in my role as Talent Acquisition Partner. Pat was a manager who was always approachable and was ready to find the solution to any problem or situation that could arise. He was always available and ready to solve any problem while working alongside his team. Pat set an example of how to address what is going well and what needs attention for improvement within my role as Talent Acquisition Partner. Pat met weekly with his team to address these things and would bring together ideas and solutions of what has worked well so that the team would benefit as a whole. Pat is an intentional listener and as a result has a great understanding of what needs are and always provided strategies of how to best meet them. This was a common occurrence while I reported to him and helped me significantly. This may seem minor, however I firmly believe the team benefitted greatly from this leadership. While working with Pat, I quickly learned that Pat is someone who is dependable and who is always one who does things the right way and is fully invested in whatever he does. I confidently say that Pat leads by example and is also someone who is always willing to learn. Pat is always willing to help his team by answering questions, providing his opinion, or problem solving through critical thinking. As a leader, Pat was always a clear communicator. In all things, Pat is someone who is diligent, loyal, and will go the extra mile to be certain the job is well done for the sake of his team. Without hesitation, I recommend Pat as he is the type of leader that will always put his team first and will always get the job done the right way. Pat is a great addition to any team and is a man of integrity and great character. He has the unique ability to bring groups of people together to be one team. Sincerely, Peyton R. Sims”
