How do you add DEI principles to leadership development?
We must lead with an intersectional lens! Intersectionality is important as it helps us consider and understand how various aspects of our identities affect us and others. This approach enables us to create fair and inclusive spaces by recognizing the complexities that can lead to oppression or privilege. By doing so, we build supportive communities that include allies and promote equality, ultimately creating a more balanced environment for everyone.
