With more than 37 years of public school (K-12) experience and 27 years in the area of human resources, in retirement my passion and desire continues to be serving public education in establishing and improving processes and systems in human capital management and other school business and operations areas. Servant leadership has always been and continues to be my philosophy and approach. By prioritizing the needs of team members, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration, helping others grow, building community, and leading by example, my aim is to create healthier and more productive work environments with exceptional performance and job satisfaction.
