What do you do if work demands are overwhelming your personal life as an insurance agent?
Self- care is extremely essential. I preach self care to my kids , my friends , my clients and who ever will listen . Happiness is within. Inner peace and calm is so important , especially when I need to be on my "game".

What do you do if work demands are overwhelming your personal life as an insurance agent?
I wear many hats. I am a bit old school. My mantra is: " Show me the money " I think that's from the Jerry Mcquire movie. The quote represents do the tasks first that bring in the income and keep the income. Then prioritize the rest of the tasks. Then I can sleep at night !

You're struggling to stay productive while working from home. What can you do to keep your focus?
One thing I found is that to have a morning routine and after waking up. I will read some literature drink 30 oz of water . Have a healthy breakfast. Go to the gym and have a little bit of space between getting up and then first delving into work. Then when I do sit at my desk, I then time my activities for 20 minutes . Then I take a break for lunch and go get some fresh air.Take a walk, listen to some music. When I return for the afternoon again , I set the timer . I also believe in taking a 10 to 15 minute siesta. It's really refreshing and it resets and helps it transitions the afternoon to the evening. 🙏🏋️♂️
