“I had the pleasure to work with Prajakta on the Underwriting Automation team at Lending Club from 2016 - 2018, and I can give her my strong endorsement as a Java Developer. During the time I have worked with her, I saw a very strong can-do attitude where she was eager and able to take up new challenges and new technologies. She was able to quickly learn how to use our internal RabbitMq framework to extend old interfaces so they could be event driven, and also became our resident expert on Angular after picking up our UI project. I also saw her develop her leadership skills and grow into a senior developer during that time. She was able to present design proposals on how to re-architecture our existing system, and took up the role of being the data model contact (internally, called the Data Guild), as well as being the scrum leader for one of our subteams. Lastly, I have always found her to be a friendly and always helpful coworker - open to assisting teammates and giving useful feedback. I would happily work with her again, and hope that our paths cross in the future! ”

Improved the efficiency by 4-5% from the baseline of Unigram and Bigram using POS tagging, Function words (‘my’, ‘the’, etc.) and punctuations, which we identified as potential trait classifiers.
