How can you equip your team to handle conflict?
Communication is key. With different learning styles and different experiences, we should not assume that what's obvious to us is obvious to our audience. A clear set of rules, outlines, or instructions should be followed up with clarity for a full understanding of expectations. Creating an environment where it is safe to ask questions is a huge benefit to progress.

Some form of Learning and Development is essential in today's workplace as it contributes to employee morale. Team members from various locations often ask when I'm conducting the next Lunch & Learn. They know that it'll be an educational and enjoyable experience which overall makes our culture better.
