WHG has evolved its portfolio of services supporting applications to an inflection point where it is evident there is a need to re-orient the overall strategic approach for managing infrastructure, architecture and processes in concert with each other and also leveraging emerging technologies.

Three overarching strategic themes have been identified to support WHG over the next 3 years. The strategic approach is to build the capability and outcomes from each theme to support the next in line growth of WHG IT. The first theme focuses on building stronger foundations, second theme builds on the strong foundation to facilitate a progressive transition to the cloud and the third theme is focused on creating a broader cloud adoption across the WHG IT.

The cloud readiness Assessment and Roadmap engagement was conducted using the cloud transformation methodology to assess the current state on cloud readiness of the critical applications of WHG IT, Benefits & Opportunities. A Gap Analysis supports the current state assessment and identifies Benefits and Opportunities considered as initiatives on the cloud adoption roadmap.

High level approach is to Standardize, Automate and Stratify. each phase helps organization to achieve organizational maturity towards Public, Private and hybrid clouds.

Identified Quick wins, short term , mid term and long term activities to achieve successful cloud migration. Built cloud foundation to launch applications, storage, backup and archive ..etc.Each project will leverage the framework developed to launch in cloud.

The client was looking to implement a MDM & EDW solution. The existing warehouse was on Oracle and they were planning to switch to Teradata. We helped the client from a strategy and high level project planning perspective and also provided architecture guidelines.
