In my role as DEI Coordinator, I promote an open and inclusive culture for CMAA Baltimore board members, chapter members, and event/program attendees. I work to advance CMAA’s goal to identify programs/speakers/underrepresented groups for inclusion during CMAA Baltimore programs and events.

Leading the charge with the LMP committee to develop and execute programing for students selected to be a part of the prestigious program.

As Chair of SAME Baltimore Post member services, I am responsible for member retention, recruitment, and the promotion of member benefits. SAME is 25,000 members strong with 1,400 companies and public agencies that make a positive impact on our nation and the communities in which we work and live. SAME has more than 110 posts and the Baltimore Post is the third largest in the nation with more than 1,000 members.

As immediate past president I am a voting member of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee. I am also spearheading the Chapter's C2 program geared towards supporting entry-level marketers. Additionally, I am leading the Chapter's mentoring program.

As president I was a voting member of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee. The Board and I fulfilled the mission of SMPS to advocate for, connect, and educate leaders in the AEC Industry.

With a team of volunteers, I develop and implement client panels on market trends related to the architecture/engineering/construction industry.

As Director of Education, I was responsible for developing, promoting, and coordinating all educational programing for the chapter. The chapter named me Board Member of the Year for 2007-2008 for my dedication and support of the chapter.

Volunteered for the annual MS Walk in Maryland where I registered walkers and runners - those who supported the cause and those who were the cause. Seeing the pride on the faces of the walkers, runners, and volunteers who had MS made my volunteering efforts worth every second. Keep up the fight!

Volunteered as a Big Sister to a very sweet young girl in Baltimore. During my time with my Little, I was named Big Sister of the year. I was a Little Sister for many years and was thrilled to have an opportunity to give back to an organization that supported me through my young life. What a fantastic organization.
