Here's how you can avoid common mistakes when responding to failure as a non-profit manager.
In any field of work or business, the first thing to do is to admit the obvious, "No excuse". In the Navy, I was taught that it was never acceptable to "make excuses" for any errors or mishaps but rather accept responsibility and do everything to correct the mistake and move on pledging to do better next time.

How can you create a content marketing strategy to reach CRE investors?
In my experience and based on the current CRE market conditions, creating a content marketing strategy to reach CRE investors is going to be hard, but not impossible. Rather than relying on the same old and worn advice of past decades where it was much easier to attract investors because of the promising return on investment, attracting CRE investors in today's CRE market will take some "outside-the-box" thinking. To attract new CRE investors one might consider repurposing current CRE assets and find a need, like affordable and workforce housing, and meet that need. Doing so could open up many opportunities to get government support and funding that would shore up the CRE asset, obtain new incentives and attract new investors
