“I had the opportunity to work with Rhian for nearly eight years. During this time, Rhian taught me what it takes to run a company. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Tantus Technologies, she continuously strives for success through professional growth. She constantly worked with our client at the FAA to identify opportunities where Tantus could provide services. Rhian established a well-defined process oriented structure based on industry best practices for both her company and her clients. She worked closely with client management to learn about their “pain points” in order to identify and propose effective solutions that will be in use for years to come. Rhian’s leadership skills and effective management of her team provided Tantus to well exceed established goals in terms of growth. By working with FAA management and having a team provide effective solutions, she was able to earn their trust helping generate business for Tantus at a much faster pace than expected.
