“My experience reporting to and working with Rich was one of astounding development and discovery. Rich provided an almost perfect balance of oversight and autonomy while managing me. He provided guidance and direction while still allowing me to take on more and more responsibility when I proved I was able to handle it. We worked on many projects together and in doing so Rich always engaged me as a thought partner. While we each had our own tasks to accomplish, I was intrinsically tied to the large goal because he allowed me to share and contribute to the vision and strategy of its execution. Rich was a wonderful manager and mentor and given the opportunity, I would happily work for him again.”
