Micron Back Office (Shared Service Center) set up
This program was a complete culture change for Micron. Stripped low value tactical work out of the strategic team members by establishing an operational team to handle. This included systems, process, and head count changes which were complicated and sensitive. The project was successful and is now in a sustaining mode of continous improvement.
