Balancing cutting-edge AI demands with risk aversion: How do you navigate client expectations effectively?
Be explicit regarding what you do with your clients data. 1. Do you ever use it to train an AI model? (right answer: no, unless that's explicitly what they are paying you to do.) 2. Do your AI model providers store it? (right answer: zero day data retention) 3. Do you store it? (right answer: only the necessary pieces in a hyper-secure fashion) 4. Is it ever used to improve your product/models used by other customers? (right answer: no) 5. Is the data ever sold or shared with a 3rd party for business purposes (right answer: no)
