Review and approve all forecasting and service orders for hotel accommodations.

Review and approve all contract daily reporting to ensure that it is aligned with contractual scope of work for contracted hotels.

Provide guidance and supervision to staff as it relates to HR functionality.

Oversee the coordination of medical fitness for duty (FFD) physicals and all allied reporting in accordance with U.S. Government contractual guidance.

Provide command and control of all CMAT operations and support for Task Order 005 project. Initiate, manage and coordinate support of medical & non-medical emergencies (fatalities, injuries, illness), both hostile and non-hostile for 25,000 employee project in Afghanistan, Have also served as Casualty Notification Officer, Casualty Assistance Officer, Lead Escort Officer and Medical Liaison Officer inside and outside of CONUS.

Provide CMAT operational support, information dissemination and metrics reporting to project and company leadership.

Responsible for all training, deployment and logistical support of CMAT assigned personnel in CONUS and OCONUS. Maintain CMAT ready personnel, scheduling and availability to react to crisis in continuous operations.

Work in conjunction with project Operations cells both in CONUS and at project site to ensure readiness and operational oversight of crisis management. Maintain around the clock continuity of communications and situational awareness of project related incidents and threat levels.

Support HR support cell in Dubai, UAE in regards to return to work (RTW), medical leave of absences (MLOA) and medical evacuations.

Worked as Strength Management Team (SMT) Lead to support functional and country management in the staffing of the 25,000+ personnel project in Afghanistan

Manage and monitor all personnel requisitions for the project; interface with multiple recruiting entities as well as functional leadership in developing proper staffing levels in support of LOGCAPIV project as prescribed by U.S. Army contract and Basis of Estimate (BOE) for project

Provide support and personnel staffing requirements for international recruiting efforts in the Balkans

Work in conjunction with multiple functional leaders to prepare and submit RFP for Fluor Global Services and world-wide projects
