Made professional recommendations for the replacement of all lighting with new energy efficient fixtures, lamping options and electronic lighting controls resulting in an estimated 40% savings in energy costs. Worked with contractor of record on bidding, review and awarding of contracts. Performed site visits during construction and final inspection.
