Founder Institute is a business incubator with a pre-acceleration program that aims to democratize entrepreneurship. Although based in Silicon Valley, the Founder Institute maintains chapters in over 180 cities and over 65 nations, where it offers a four-month part-time program for new and early-stage entrepreneurs to help them develop their business ideas and build a company.

As difficult as opening a company is closing one, and that's why Founder is focused on the entrepreneur, not the idea itself, and works like a sandbox where in 12 weeks of the program you feel firsthand what it's like to be an entrepreneur and start a startup. Among the key requirements for graduation is the creation of a fully operational company by the end of the four-month program.

Audaz: the 5 skills to build unshakable careers and businesses these days is the second book by Maurício Benvenutti and addresses practically the skills to build unshakable careers and businesses. Maurício, a specialist in the universe of the most innovative solutions on the planet, shares in this work the 5 skills adopted by professionals and organizations that have taken the lead in the world: •Make an impact; • Look at the next turn; •Question instead of having the answer ready; •Do with people instead of for them; •Be diverse. In addition to presenting a direct and blunt vision of the future of jobs, professions and companies, AUDAZ is a practical guide for you to differentiate yourself in this increasingly competitive environment.

I had the opportunity to have a little of my story recorded in the book, which also brings other inspiring examples, such as the case of Alessandra Morelle, Amit Eisler, Rodrigo Schiavini and several other amazing professionals!

In December/2018, StartSe promoted in São Paulo an event inspired by the best seller AUDAZ, approaching in a practical, direct and objective way, how Brazilian men and women transformed opportunities into incredible projects, where I participated as a speaker, sharing about How to build a culture of the impossible, without being in Silicon Valley.
