“Rocky’s breadth of knowledge was invaluable to the low voltage and high voltage electronics teams at Byton. He’s a self starter and drove collaboration amongst all the stakeholders in the organization in areas such as power budget mgmt, load shed strategy, high voltage isolation, and 12v source sizing and chemistry, just to name a few. In addition to these critical system engineering responsibilities, he also drove the suppliers for the majority of the power system components, owning their design, release and schedule. His experience really showed in management of his suppliers, something that was much appreciated as his manager. I also learned an immense amount about power systems during the time I worked with Rocky and hope our paths cross again in the future.”
