In the case of Car & Truck shows and other large events an organizer actually has three set of clients they need to service as well as manage: • The vendors and other companies that participate (set up booths) and advertise (joint radio, TV and Newspaper advertisements, social media advertisements, or advertisements at the show itself) at your show or event. • The second are the visitors of the Car & Truck show event AKA the “fans”. • Finally, you should also consider the needs of the car show entrants after all they are providing much of the interest that keeps shows going and provide the least, yet most effective form of advertising, word of mouth.
