Provided operations support for $1 million IT infrastructure documentation and remediation project to upgrade cable and connection management resulting in 30% IT support annual expense savings.

Implemented Salesforce.com Service Cloud for customer service delivery for this International Digital Video System Integrator. Subsequently integrated Financial Force Professional Services Automation, project management and financial management systems with Salesforce.com.

Similar the the Beacon international corporate structure, we utilized an Irish holding company and purchased a Belgian shell company to form the operating company in Belgium. This structure protects the US parent and optimizes tax efficiency for repatriation of positive cash flow.

I took over vendor and customers management of the project on the ground in Switzerland on a day to day basis as we mitigated safety and quality issues that resulted from previous construction management.
