How can you write copy that motivates readers to take action for a fitness brand?
It depends on what the goals of the product/service are, but also: For women, the goal is usually weight loss & aesthetics, which plays into confidence and self esteem. Women tend to be highly motivated by before & after testimonials. For men, it’s usually more about building muscle strength or athleticism, but aesthetics also plays a part to some degree. You have to find your audience’s pain points and motivation for wanting to get into fitness in the first place. Direct response copywriting plays into that unique mechanism, creating an emotional response that influences someone to take action. Find out their motivation(s) and end goal(s) and build out your copy from there.
