    Dissertation Study Focus: My dissertation delves into the critical impact of social isolation on innovation and organizational resilience within the unique landscape of AI-integrated remote work environments. It examines how the lack of social bonding among remote employees undermines innovative capabilities and weakens organizational resilience. By analyzing and proposing strategies to bolster social connectivity, my research aims to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity, reduce burnout, and drive innovation to ensure sustained competitive advantage in an increasingly AI-driven and remote-working market.
